Firstly.......To be part of such a large group of like minded individuals, all pulling the same way, but at different speeds and with different goals was great.

"2002: Before our session that day, I was feeling very despondent and undervalued. I wasn't enjoying my work at all, I was very reluctant to re-invest any earnings in my business, and I wouldn't take any more clients on at all. I know the quality of my work was beginning to suffer. Amazingly, in just a couple of months, my hours have reduced and my earnings have gone up by a third; this has made a huge difference to my quality of life, but more importantly, a huge difference to my self esteem.

The content for me had to be delivered concisely because there was a lot to get through but at the same time it had to be understandable.
